No we don’t, Romesco Olives is fully based in the Midlands Natal, we dispatch straight from our factory shop.

Your sauces are best stored in the fridge from day one, even unopened. By doing that the shelf life unopened will be 1 year, once opened 3 months. We always keep topping our sauces up with a wee glug of oil before putting back in the fridge.
In our experience we find if they are stored in the fridge unopened & opened the olive retains it’s crispness. Your extra virgin olive oil will appear buttery, once out the fridge it melts very quickly.
