How should I store Pesto’s, Tapenade and Sauces?2017-11-29T13:10:34+00:00

Your sauces are best stored in the fridge from day one, even unopened.  By doing that the shelf life unopened will be 1 year, once opened 3 months.  We always keep topping our sauces up with a wee glug of oil before putting back in the fridge.
